Perhaps 10.1.0.14 is down. I can't reach 10.1.0.14 from newton. This may not be fixed until Monday. You need to configure your dev environment to scale down to use one fewer VM before 10.1.0.14 is back.

Yup, before it is fixed, I would use my portal server temporarily ;-)
