Can't open www.hututa.com/en/

It seems that PH(or VM) is down.

The memory for Xen VMs was over-committed by me last night, which crashed edison. An e-mail asking for rebooting was sent to majordomo.

I did not receive the email.

I have reset edison and started the VMs and hututa.com is back.

i don't know how to restart VM of mail named "hututa.com" . if you know,pls let me know.
