The confusion about cc0
Why do we rename the directory of cc0 `:cc0-code/`. I think it is a little strange, however, it may have some meaningful stuffs I don't know ;-)

It's a historical setting. What do you suggest the directory structure should be?

Actually, I mean the name may be normal if it is `cc0-code` instead of `:cc0-code`.
