The crating account page is changed to http://d-thinker.org/create-account.php .

Added a .htaccess redirecting rule.

Where is the link http://d-thinker.org/create-account.htm used? We may update it to the .php one.

Fixed one link in http://d-thinker.org/doc/tutorial0.html .
